Ghost of The Nile

Set in 1930s Egypt, Ghost of the Nile follows Mahmoud, a sharp and principled detective from Cairo, assigned to investigate a mysterious murder in a quiet village along the banks of the Nile. What begins as a routine case soon spirals into something far more unsettling.

As Mahmoud delves deeper into the investigation, he finds himself entangled in local legends and whispered fears — all pointing toward the ancient myth of Al Nadaha, the siren-like spirit said to lure men to their doom. Struggling to separate fact from folklore, logic from superstition, Mahmoud must confront not only a chilling truth buried in the shadows of the Nile, but also the limits of reason itself.

Ghost of the Nile is a haunting blend of noir mystery and Arab folklore — a tale where myth, fear, and justice intertwine under the moonlit waters of Upper Egypt.
